Covid-19 Policy

In the event the Conference is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions or the committee deems delivering the Conference may pose a health risk to delegates, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is 60-days prior to the conference date. If the event is cancelled 1-59 days before the event, a credit to attend a re-scheduled conference will be made available.

Alternatively, a full refund will be available if delegates are unable to attend on the rescheduled dates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Conference committee understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you can contact us to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

A full refund less a $75.00 service fee will be issued for cancellations on or before 7 August 2021.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations between 8 August 2021 and 5 September 2021.
No refunds will be issued on or after 6 September 2021.

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
